Harvest Faire is a modern interpretation of a late 15th century European fall harvest celebration and tournament. Entertainers and a market mix with the sounds of good-natured martial competition and the smells of period cooking. Immerse yourself in period living as you wander the grounds, watch a craftsperson ply their trade, try your hand at games of chance and skill, and cheer for the warrior of your choice at the Field of Honors. Join us as we celebrate to benefit the Food Bank of Southeastern Virginia and the Eastern Shore.
It is our pleasure to announce that Harvest Faire will be returning for 2022, now under new leadership!
The 2022 Harvest Faire will be held September 17th and 18th, with set-up on the 16th. In addition, our location has moved to the Franklin-Southampton County Fairgrounds, located at 25374 New Market Road, Courtland, VA 23837.
Join us and enjoy medival encampment and combat demonstrations, live music and entertainment, merchants, food, and period games. General admissions are $5 and will be charged at the door on the day of the event. All proceeds will benefit our selected charity, the Food Bank of Southeastern Virginia and the Eastern Shore.
